At Conceptus Collection our goal is to provide you a smooth experience during all the purchase and delivery processes. In case you are not satisfied or you change your mind about the purchase, we will gladly assist you with the Return/Refund process. 

To ensure a simple and transparent process of return, we advise all our customers to read our Terms and Conditions prior to avoid any inconvenience for either side. 

a. Please, contact our Customer Care Team at 305.792.9771 within 30 days of product delivery. You will need to provide us the name, order or invoice number, and pictures (by email to customercare@conceptus.us). 

b. It is important for you to know that we reserve the right to approve returns or exchanges, based on the condition of the piece and customer account history. Return eligibility is determined at the discretion of Conceptus Collection.

c. The product must be returned in their original packaging and received in like-new condition. 

d. Pieces that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange. 

e. Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned.

f. Shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes both shipping changes: the original order (shipping charges waived with the purchase) and the return, once these services are provided by the carrier.

g.  Once the product is returned to our warehouse (within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date), our team will carefully inspect each piece, in order to authorize the exchange or refund. 

h. Refunds will be made only via the original method used for payment on the order. If the original method of payment is no longer available, we will issue a store credit equal to the amount of refund.

i. Products marked as Final Sale, and accessories such as pillows, lighting are not able to be returned or refunded.

j. In the case that your product arrives damaged, please call us immediately to coordinate a replacement.
