For your convenience, we offer different levels of shipping services: Standard shipping, In-home delivery, White Glove Shipping.

Standard Shipping

This service includes a delivery to your door (in case of a house), garage, or lobby (in case of a building). The shipment is sent via small parcel carrier or via our freight partner, depending on the size and weight. 

When the package is large (sofas, tables, etc.) our freight partner will deliver your purchase to your residence at a pre-scheduled time and will bring the order to the curb. This service requests from you to be at the destination when the order arrives. The order comes in a wooden pallet, for better protection during transport. The driver will not unpack the order. You will be contacted 2-4 days before delivery to schedule an appointment. Deliveries are made Mon-Sat during business hours.

In-home Delivery

In-home includes a shipping service to your residence and inside delivery to the room you choose. Please, consider that it does not include neither the unpacking nor the assembly of the product you ordered. This service is valid for first floor residence only. 

Note: measure the door entrance beforehand. In case the box does not fit into the door, the driver will leave the box outside the room.

Our freight partner will contact you 2-4 days in advance to schedule an appointment. It is necessary for you to be there at the moment of the delivery. You will be offered a 5-hour window to choose the delivery time. Deliveries are made Mon-Sat during business hours.

White Glove Service

This is our upgrade shipping service. White Glove includes the shipping with pre-scheduled delivery appointment, inside placement, assembly, and removal of boxes and packaging materials. 

Our freight partner will contact you 2-4 days in advance to schedule a 5-hour window appointment. This special service is for first floor only. Additional charges may apply for second floor placement and assembly.

General Shipping Information

  • We offer your several levels of services for your convenience. 
  • As part of our commitment, we inspect every item before shipping to ensure the quality of the products.
  • We understand your time is valuable. Therefore, when you place an order with us, all the items of your order will be shipped together.
  • Once the order has been set up for shipment, we are not accepting any changes to the products ordered.
  • In-stock products will be shipped out in 3-4 business days.
  • Temporary storage may be possible. However, storage fees will apply. Please, ask for more details.
  • In case of back-ordered products, a customer service specialist will keep you updated with the estimated arrival date.
  • Most of deliveries will be done during a pre-scheduled 5-hour window time. Mon-Sat during business hours.
  • Small parcel shipping (Fedex, UPS, and others) may not have a pre-scheduled delivery. A tracking number will be assigned to you to follow the delivery date.
  • A change in your delivery address, a missed delivery time will incur in additional charges either for re-routing or reschedule a new delivery.
  • At the moment of delivery, please, inspect visually the package you are receiving. Be sure to write any issue that could arise on the packing slip, before signing your approval.  
  • In case you are considering a return, please, keep the packaging. No item will be acceptable as a return without the original package.
  • Although we strive to deliver your purchase in time and form, our company is not liable for any damage, loss, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
  • Our company ships to anywhere in the US. Some exclusions apply: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam. Remote areas might not have all delivery services. Please, contact us for more information.
